Collio wines

More than a thousand years of history and almost 1500 hectares of vineyards make the Collio area one of the most famous in Italy for quality white wines.

In this border area between Italy, Slovenia and Austria, a crossroads of peoples and cultures, languages and traditions, autochthonous Friulian vines intersect such as Ribolla Gialla and Friulano (also known as Tocai Friulano) and Schioppettino, and international vines such as Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, which here give life to full-bodied, soft, rich white wines.

An excellence recognized since 1968 with the DOC Collio denomination.
