Wines Red Etna Rosso

The vineyards of Etna grow on sandy soils of volcanic origin, rich in skeleton. This wine-growing district was also known to the civilizations of the past, given the ancient origins of the viticulture of the area. We hear from the poet Theocritus in the 3rd century BC and further confirmation from some coins of the 5th century BC come to us.

Etna was the first denomination of controlled origin to obtain recognition of the denomination of origin: the Doc Etna.
