Jacques Selosse, V.O. Version Originale, Extra Brut, Champagne, Grand Cru, Blanc de Blancs is a wine composed of three different vintages, with an aging on the lees for at least 4 years.
The aromas are interesting and enveloping and range from yellow fruit to honey, from yellow flowers to yeasts.
In the mouth it is a perfect balance between acidity, minerality and light oxidation with intense floral and citrus scents.
Bright straw yellow, just more intense on the nail and characterized by a fine and persistent perlage.
A dry, elegant and fresh taste, of great persistence.
