The aromatic bouquet is fresh and fruity, with predominant notes of fresh cherries, strawberries, and blackcurrants.
In the mouth it is elegant and well balanced. There is a pleasant acidity that gives liveliness to the wine, accompanied by soft and round tannins. The flavor is fruity, with a delicate sweetness and persistent notes of red fruits.
The body of Valpolicella Superiore is medium, slightly lighter than Amarone, but still well structured and harmonious.
