Intense ruby red in colour, the 2020 vintage strikes the nose for its complexity: notes of ripe fruit such as cherry, strawberry and blackberry accompany delicate floral hints of violet, mallow and rose; the bouquet is completed by aromas of roasted coffee and cocoa powder. The initial entry on the palate is vibrant, then enveloping and dimensional. On the finish, spicy notes of pepper and licorice combine with pleasant sensations of aromatic herbs, giving length and freshness.
