Gin is a distillate obtained with cereals, mainly wheat and rye, flavored with aromatic plants, herbs and spices, whose recipe, based on variety and quantity, is set only in the specification of the "DOC" Plymouth. This recipe, obviously secret, based on 7 components, is unique in its kind, and is restricted to the area of the city of Cornwall, in the south west of England.
For the rest of the production the minimum and maximum number of flavoring remains at the discretion of the producer, which can include flowers, plants, fruits and vegetables as desired, to personalize the recipe in an absolutely original way, both by focusing on the territory and rare plants scattered around the world.
