After twenty years of experience gained with the production of the historic Serra della Contessa Etna Rosso, in 2015 the company decided to reach new peaks of excellence, limiting the grape harvest to only a small parcel of hundred-year-old pre-phylloxera vines and extending the period of vinification, maturation and refinement up to 60 months, resulting in this new exclusive Riserva produced in very limited quantities.
