Perfume: On the nose, the Santo Spirito offers a complex and fascinating aromatic bouquet. Notes of ripe red and black fruit can be detected, such as cherry, raspberry and plum, together with hints of spices, Mediterranean herbs and a light earthy note. There are also hints of smoke and minerality.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is elegant and structured, with good acidity and well integrated tannins. You can taste flavors of juicy fruit, spices, herbs and a subtle mineral note. The wine has a good persistence and a harmonious finish.
Aging: Etna Rosso Santo Spirito is a wine that can benefit from an adequate aging period. Over time, it further develops in complexity and depth, revealing more complex aromatic layers and soft tannins. It can be appreciated both at a young age and after a few years of ageing.
