Rosolio Mandarino Bomapi

Mandarin, a typical Sicilian fruit famous throughout the world for its intense flavor, is the main ingredient of this excellent liqueur. In its preparation, the tangerines are peeled by hand in order to preserve, while the peels are immersed in alcohol for a few days. Then water and sugar are added to obtain a liqueur with an alcohol content of 30 °. It has a red-orange color, a strong mandarin scent and a creamy and persistent flavor.
