Serafino Levi in 1925 chose to settle in Neive, land of great wines and where very high quality pomace was available, and there he founded his own direct-fire distillery.
His son Romano Levi, barely seventeen when his parents died, decided to quit his studies and, with the help of his sister Lidia, he continued the distillation.
