It was in 1982 that Paolo Malfer, after years of testing and trials in which he perfected the production techniques studied in school books, decided to found Revì, a winery that finds its inspiration in bubbles.
With extreme attention to the search for maximum quality and always maintaining a strong link with the Trentino territory, Revì produces only TRENTODOC, the Trentino bubbles.
