Panarea Gin

Panarea Gin

The Inga family tradition, in the field of premium production of liquors and spirits, originated in 1832 in Noto, Sicily. Years of experience led to the founding in 1930 of the first plant in Piedmont, by Gaetano Inga, who decided to revive the ancient Amaro Gambarotta while, in the Seventies, they began producing grappa of the famous Libarna brand. Today, the rich family tradition is carried on by the brothers, Federico and Lorenzo Inga, entrepreneurs and manufacturers of premium liquors, including the outstanding, exclusive brand of distilled gin with Mediterranean flavour, Panarea Gin. The use of ancient techniques, together with the selection of premium botanicals, such as juniper and myrtle from Panarea as well as citrus, make the aroma of these traditional liquors totally different from that of similar products, such as London Dry Gins. Panarea Gin is, in fact, a real tribute to the Sicilian roots of the Inga family, as well as a way to celebrate the beauty and charm of the Island of Panarea, the ‘Queen’ of the Mediterranean.
