Neisson

The history of the Neisson family began in 1931, on the Thieubert property in Carbet.

Today, Grégory has projected Neisson to the top of the world in quality, making it one of the best distilleries in the world. Among the reasons are the conversion to agricultural work, studies on natural yeasts, long fermentations, distillation conducted by Gregory himself, minute by minute, and the studies that led to aging in former Neisson barrels.
