Le Rhum Vieux Par Neisson is obtained from a blend of rums, aged from 3 to 9 years in both French oak barrels and American wood. The distillate is obtained from freshly squeezed sugar cane juice. It is a very dry rhum vieux compared to the classic agricoles, often very "round". This expression of the Le Carbet distillery is ideal for approaching the splendor of the most artisanal rhum agricoles of Martinique produced by Neisson.
