La Armonía expresses the profound connection between the land and the distilling wisdom of Lorena Vásquez, Master Mezcladora who has perfected the art of aging to truly capture the soul of Zacapa, known for its maturation in barrels that previously contained other spirits such as ex American whiskey and ex burnt American whiskey casks, ex Pedro Ximénez sherry and ex Oloroso sherry. A mix of scents that transfer from the wood over time to the rum, giving it unmistakable notes.
