Ionico Gin Marino

Gin Produced according to the Compound method obtained from the alcoholic maceration of pure grain alcohol which is first wisely mixed with a hydrated solution with Mediterranean sea salt. Subsequently the botanicals are added in maceration: Juniper, Sage, Rosemary, Myrtle, Cardamom, Sweet Orange and Bitter Orange, Grapefruit and Orange Blossoms.

On the nose a wise, balanced and harmonious mix of juniper followed by citrus notes that remind us of our land. In the mouth it is an explosion of flavor which at the beginning is strongly marked and recalls sea water and then gives space to unique and original notes without ever losing a discreet flavor that makes it tempting to drink.
