The pomace is distilled according to the "Tosolini Method", fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and fragrances that reveal a soft, balanced and extremely aromatic grappa. Only the best Merlot grapes are selected by the Tosolini family solely in the Friuli production area. Thus a 100% Friulian grappa with an aroma and fruity aromas is born.
