The grapes are harvested manually and the aging lasts for 4 years in large oak barrels.

The Gattinara Vigna Valferana Nervi Conterno is deep and elegant, with notes ranging from dried rose to red currant, passing through hints of incense and white pepper. The sip is tense and vertical, dynamic; the freshness immediately emerges and then the flavor, which is found in a very long aromatic persistence.
