Gaja Pieve Santa Restituta Sugarille 2013

The Sugarille vineyard has a truly unique and special position. A calcareous clay soil with southern exposure with a slight slope. It is a very special terroir, which produces excellent long aging wines from this single Brunello vineyard.

Dark mantle, with garnet red nuances that colors the glass with clearly visible streaks.
The olfactory impact is first quite measured, to then amaze with impressive depth and quality.
In the mouth it presents an imposing but very soft tannic texture, a balance already achieved, but which will preserve for decades, a persistence and taste olfactory correspondence like few others.
