Taste: On the palate, the wine is balanced and structured, with good acidity and silky tannins. You can taste flavors of juicy fruit, spices, aromatic herbs and a light mineral note. The wine has a good persistence and a harmonious finish.
Aging: Feudo di Mezzo Etna Rosso is a wine that can benefit from an adequate aging period. Over time, it develops greater complexity and depth, with more sophisticated aromas and soft tannins. It can be enjoyed at a young age, but also after a few years of aging to reach its full potential.
