Today Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon represent the optimal combination between the climate of 800m above sea level and the generous 80 hectares of land that form the Castello di Solicchiata vineyard.
The Pinot Noir grapes, on the other hand, give their best with the cooler climate and thinner soil that characterize the 35 hectares at a height between 1000 and 1200m above sea level and forming the Feudo del Boschetto vineyard.
