A single variety, pure expression of Mount Etna, Etna Bianco DOC is straw-coloured.
On the nose has citrus notes of lemon and cedar mixed with orange blossom and jasmine.
On the palate it is full bodied but well supported by the acidity that gives the tasting a rare persistent freshness.
