Comte Georges de Vogüé is a historic winery based in Chambolle-Musigny, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Founded in 1450 by Jean Moisson, the modern history of the domaine was born with the Comte Georges de Vogüé, which bought the property in 1925. Today the domaine is managed by Jean-Luc Pepin, while Eric Bourgogne, who takes care of the vineyard together with the winemaker François Millet, manages the approximately 13 hectares of owned vineyards. The lands are divided between the Grand Cru denominations "Musigny" and "Bonnes-Mares", some Premier Cru denominations of Chambolle-Musigny, which are Les Amoureuses, Les Baudes and Les Fuées, and the Village denomination of Chambolle-Musigny. The vineyards are managed according to the criteria of organic agriculture, with the utmost care and attention in the cellar processes.
