The fruit of 2004, however discreet, emerges more clearly in this Second Life of wine. Pink grapefruit and blood orange leave room for fig on the finish. The further refinement on the yeasts sublimates the minerality of the Millesimo into a glorious maturity, emblem of Dom Pérignon: cocoa, mocha, notes of toasting, brioche and honey.
