Compared to 2016, which presented all the characteristics of a vintage whose structure was focused on concentration, the profile of the 2017 vintage is more focused on elegance and freshness. It presents a beautiful depth and a complex aromatic palette with fruity notes (red fruits then tending towards blackberry with a little aeration) and floral (in particular violets and rose) supported by a frame of great precision signature of the best years.
The vintage, fine and greedy, expresses itself on an airy register letting silky and delicate tannins express itself.
