Chambolle-Musigny 2017

A saturated ruby black in color, the 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Grand Vin de Bourgogne offers aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, licorice, rose petals and toasted espresso, subtly framed by new wood. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, deep and dense, with surprising reserves of fine-grained extract, succulent acids and a broad finish. It is unusually rich and concentrated in the context of the vintage.
