During the 1990s, the most illustrious Italian winemaker, Giacomo Tachis, dedicated great effort to the study of Sicilian viticulture and the relaunch of the entire wine sector of Sicily. Among his most important legacies, the invention of Ceuso, much more than a combination of production and evolutionary choices, but rather a passionate and ambitious project, aimed at conquering critics and admirers all over the world. Ceuso is a great red for aging, obtained from a blend of Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
