Brut Rosé Metodo Classico

Made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes with very soft pressing of the Pinot Noir (vinified partly in pink and partly in red) from the most vocated limestone-clay areas of Lake Garda and Iseo.
Colour: White mousse and very fine perlage indicative of excellent maturation on the lees. A very delicate, soft antique pink, with an almost imperceptible hint that may over time give a hint of a rose that has just blossomed. Nose: The bouquet is sharp, fresh and essential.
Scents of small red currant and raspberry fruits are accompanied by citrus nuances. Taste: Elegant in its harmony, extremely savoury.
Broad in taste and structure while maintaining excellent fragrance and freshness.
