Colour: White mousse and persistent perlage, with fine bubbles, indicative of a long ageing period. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Nose: Intense ample and delicate of fresh fruit, sensation of ripeness. Fragrant of rennet apple and light of sage and honey. Taste: Persuasive with excellent complexity, fully satisfying with citrus freshness. Fresh savoury and extremely elegant.
