• Dominique Laurent - Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2019: From older vines that provide a more intense concentration of flavors, this Gevrey Chambertin expresses rich notes of red and black fruits, forest floor and a light spice. The structure is robust with ripe tannins, typical of the appellation and the vintage.

• Domaine Lécheneaut - Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits 2022: This wine is an excellent entry point into the complexity of Burgundy wines. While more accessible, it offers a fresh expression of red fruits, a medium structure and a pleasant minerality, ideal for enjoying young.

• Armand Rousseau - Mazy-Chambertin Grand Cru 2020: One of the most exclusive wines in this selection, Rousseau's Mazy-Chambertin is renowned for its extraordinary complexity and depth. • Maison Louis Jadot - Chambolle-Musigny Les Baudes 1er Cru 2017: Les Baudes is known for its finesse and elegance, typical of Chambolle-Musigny. Jadot's 2017 offers aromas of berries, flowers and a subtle earthiness, with silky tannins and a refined balance that make it immediately approachable but with ageing potential.

• Domaine de la Vougeraie - Chambolle-Musigny 2020: This wine exemplifies elegance and delicacy, with notes of cherry, rose and a touch of minerality. The texture is fine and the acidity well integrated, reflecting the domaine's organic and biodynamic approach to viticulture.

• Domaine Faiveley - Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers 1er Cru 2020: Les Cazetiers is known for producing wines with great structure and intensity. Faiveley's 2020 stands out for its aromatic richness, with notes of black fruit, spice and a robust tannic structure, promising excellent ageing potential.
