Barbaresco Pajè Vecchie Viti 2015

The name Pajè derives from the Piedmontese dialect, with which the vineyards were historically named. It is one of the historic vineyards of Barbaresco. It is located in the center of the town's vineyard area.

This further selection was born in the mid-2000s, with the idea of producing the most pronounced expression of the vineyard in a very limited edition, vinifying only old plants separately.
