Wine made from Nerelle Mascalese grapes with traces of Nerello Cappuccio from a rato vineyard on the north-east slope of the Etna Volcano.
Ruby red in color, with aging shows garnet reflections.
Intense aroma, of great complexity, with hints of star anise and pleasantly fruity.
On the palate it is robust, harmonious, warm, sapid and persistent, with tannins that are dissolved in fresh mineral notes.
