The cuvée is made with a skilful blend to obtain a fresh and fruity wine. The aging period of never less than 30 months gives the right aromatic complexity. The color is straw yellow with green reflections. The scent is reminiscent of honey, white pulp peach, grapefruit and basil. In the mouth the wine is savory with an enveloping bubble and a sweet and long finish.
