Albert Pic & Fils

Albert Pic & Fils
The Albert Pic & Fils Maison is the oldest winery in the Chablis region of France, having been founded in 1755. After centuries of extraordinary white wines, the company has become the property of Baron Patrick de Ladoucette who has invested many resources in equipping the cellar with the most modern state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The peculiarity of the Albert Pic & Fils winery is the exclusive focus on Chablis, the great white wines that best represent the typicality of the region. The vineyards of the property are located in the areas with the greatest vocation for Chardonnay. It boasts a complete range that includes all the classic denominations of the area, from the Petit Chablis to the jewel of the house: the Chablis Pic Premier. The winemaking style is the same for all wines and involves fermentation in steel and cement vats followed by maturation and refinement in the bottle without the use of barriques to best preserve the fruity and savory characteristics of the terroir in addition to the chardonnay vine.
